  1. Introduction

Welcome to Cleanzly, a brand operated by Elite Swiss (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cleanzly website and mobile services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Cleanzly.

  1. Our Services

Cleanzly is a digital platform that connects customers with independent cleaning professionals (“Cleaners”).
We provide booking, verification, and payment processing tools but do not employ or supervise any cleaners directly.
All cleaners operate as independent contractors, responsible for their own performance, equipment, and legal compliance.

  1. User Accounts

To use certain features of Cleanzly, users may need to create an account.
You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information;
  • Keep your login credentials secure;
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or any applicable law.

  1. Payments and Fees
  • Platform access may require a monthly subscription fee (currently USD 15.00) or other service fees displayed at the time of booking.
  • Payments for cleaning services are processed through our secure payment partners and transferred directly to the cleaner after service completion.
  • Cleanzly may charge a service fee per booking to cover platform maintenance and customer support.

All payments are non-refundable once the booked service has been completed, except in cases of verified service failure.

  1. Independent Contractors

All cleaners on Cleanzly are self-employed professionals, not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of Cleanzly or Elite Swiss.
We are not responsible for:

  • The quality of the service provided;
  • Any damage, loss, or misconduct during the cleaning service;
  • Insurance, permits, or tax obligations of cleaners.

Users book services at their own discretion and risk.

  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without charge.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a fee equivalent to one hour of service.
  • If a cleaner cancels, you will receive a full refund or a replacement booking.
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleanzly and Elite Swiss are not liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform;
  • Delays, interruptions, or technical issues beyond our control;
  • Misconduct, negligence, or fraud by independent cleaners.
  1. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on this website belong to Elite Swiss unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Cleanzly Platform without prior written permission.

  1. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our [Privacy Policy] (link to be added) to understand how we collect and use your personal data.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.
